The people behind the systems.
Futura AI grew out of something we kept seeing in the field: most generative AI projects in Italian organizations die in the demo. Not because of the models, but because nobody designs everything else — data, permissions, integrations, controls. We founded Futura AI to work on that “everything else”.
We are not a generalist software house, an IT company or a web agency that has added AI to its services. We are a studio specialized exclusively in designing Generative AI systems for organizations with complex processes, sensitive data and high reliability requirements.
That “everything else” is our craft. We design the system around the process: which data it can use, which sources it must cite, which actions it can perform, when it must stop, which decisions remain human and which indicators prove that the project is creating value.

For the second consecutive year, Futura AI is incubated at the Serre dei Giardini by ART-ER in Bologna, as part of the program for startups and innovative SMEs within the Emilia-Romagna regional innovation ecosystem.

Leads the design of Futura AI's Generative AI systems, from initial assessment to production rollout. Writes the technical and methodological pieces published on the blog and authors the AI Act whitepaper.

How we work with you
Every project has a Futura AI lead you can name, who follows the system from the assessment through to KPI measurement. We do not work at a safe distance: we get into the processes, we talk to the people using them, and we stay after go-live.
This is why we do not promise shortcuts. A serious AI project requires analysis, governance, testing, integration, training and continuous improvement. Only then does technology stop being an experiment and become operational infrastructure.
Ongoing dialogue with leadership also runs through mentorship from Prof. Silvi (business economics, University of Bologna): it exists to translate a technical constraint into a business decision, not just to validate it technically. It's also one reason an Assessment takes two weeks, not two months: with no internal approval layers to cross, decisions get made within a conversation.
