What data we collect

This site does not require registration and does not track visitors for advertising purposes. We collect personal data only when a user voluntarily provides it through the contact form on the "Contact" and "AI Assessment" pages:

• Full name
• Organization and role
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of the message sent

Purpose and legal basis

Data collected through the contact form is processed solely to respond to the request (e.g. a request for an AI Assessment or information about our services). The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"). We do not use collected data for marketing purposes without separate, explicit consent, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

How contact form data is handled

The contact form is submitted through a third-party service (FormSubmit) that forwards the message content to our company email address, without storing it in a database we manage. Since this service is provided by a third party, we encourage reviewing that provider's own privacy notice before submitting. We are evaluating, together with our legal advisors, the adoption of a data-collection channel fully compliant with the data residency requirements of the sectors we work in (Public Administration, finance, regulated industry).

Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, if a business relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus any additional period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use profiling or advertising tracking cookies. The only information stored locally in the browser is the display theme preference (light/dark), saved via localStorage and used solely to remember the user's choice between visits. This information never leaves the user's device and is never shared with us or with third parties. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time:

• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure of your data, where no legitimate grounds for processing exist
